- Vendée farm pork cheeks raised outdoors with cider, beef stew cooked in a wood oven, ratatouille, pork knuckle with broth, pork confit, pâté de têtes, liver confit, rabbit terrine, rillettes to spread for aperitif: tomato rillettes, herbs, green pepper, seaweed or 5 berries.
